Our Patient Appreciation Program is a way for us to thank our existing patients who tell their friends about us in the form of a $50 voucher. All you need to do is tell your loved one about us using the form below; once they’ve attended their first appointment, you’ll receive the $50 voucher.
This voucher can be redeemed at any time and for any dental services offered by our practice. You can use this voucher for either services you yourself require, or you can use it for a family member. The only restriction is that you cannot redeem this voucher for cash. Beyond that, there are no terms and conditions attached to this offer! It’s truly that simple.
