Nose cones help you to breathe at night through your nose after your face goes to sleep. You can even use them on your bike and in front of your computer. Easier breathing means less stress on the throat and nostrils. Includes a single nose cone case for easy storage. It is usually a more useful device than BreathRIGHT Nose strips or the generic Chemists Own brand of the same nose strips.

Each cone should seat in your nose with the cross bridge touching the floor of your nose.
They may be cut down for comfort with a pair of scissors to reduce the number of rings.
